Meet Sydney Birr, MA, CCC-SLP

With 35 years of clinical experience spanning private practice, outpatient clinics, hospitals, and public schools, Sydney has dedicated her career to one mission: helping children find their voice.

She earned her Bachelor of Science from Ohio University and her Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Houston. Over three decades of practice, she has developed deep expertise in assistive technology and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) — the specialized field of giving communication tools to those who need them most.

Sydney works with children from birth through age five, meeting families at one of the most critical windows for language development. Her warmth, patience, and clinical precision have helped countless young children take their first steps toward meaningful communication.
